The Toyokan Inn is situated 3,000 m above sea level on the slopes of Mt. Fuji. We are located exactly halfway between the 5th Station and the summit. In other words, if you can reach us, you are halfway to the peak.
It takes approximately three hours to reach us from the 5th Station. Continue past us for another three hours and you will reach the summit. Life at approximately 3,000 m above sea level makes things that seem normal on the ground not so normal. The Inn was refurbished and opened in 2007 to ensure that our guests have as comfortable stay at this altitude as possible.
The setting sun, the star-filled night sky, the sea of clouds, and then the rising sun. You will discover many beautiful and amazing views from the Toyokan Inn at 3,000 m.
